ZWILLING Professional "S" 4-Piece Steak Knife Set

Based on our experience with larger kitchen knives in this series, we purchased the set so Steak Knives. Expensive, yes, but with a little maintenance these should be the last steak knives we ever buy (& we can probably leave them to our kids). Beautiful balance & weight in your hand from the single piece of steel. The blade is razor sharp and as we have learned, will keep the edge well. We did get 5” covers (they should come with these) and a good sharpener. With regular touch ups, only the “Fine” sharpener should be needed.

The steak knives were given as a gift. Henckels were chosen because we love all our Henckel knives. Our daughter-in-law loves them!
