Quality Product
The fan arrived quickly and was well packaged. Installation is reasonably straight forward, but requires patience since several steps are more difficult due to a less than optimum design. Simple engineering design changes in the receiver component installation and light should be considered. It's not that it's impossible to complete the installation, but it would be much easier if wire-routing was clearer, and the access to the screws used to attach the light were easier to access. The fan/light works as expected, but the volume of air moved is less than expected.

The fan and light are great. I bought a different control switch because the one that comes with the fan has batteries which are in a compartment on the back of the switch. As such, they are concealed in the wall when the switch is installed. To replace the batteries the switch needs to be removed. This appears to be an engineering failure.

Beautiful fan and works very well. We really liked that it could be hard wired in to the wall unit which makes it easy to turn on and off. However, even though we had an electrician install it, it was very hard to install.
I would buy this again. I did buy the remote.

It doesn't make any noise yet it gives out alot of air ! The remote is a plus !!! I am loving this ceiling fan!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this Hunter Oceana outdoor ceiling fan on our back patio. Installation process was pretty easy. I wish it was a little bigger than 52 inches so that it would cover a wider area. Other than that, it’s a good fan.

It was installed inside my den and it looks lovely. Installation was very quick and easy. I especially like the great controls for this fan. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Review for Oceana Outdoor with LED Light 52 inch Its gorgeous and so well made the product is made sturdy im in the process of redoing my porch and looking forward too getting this installed for many of days and night sitting on my porch. Planning on purchasing another for my back porch.. The blades are very well made and the metal is so pretty and shiny its just a all around beautiful piece and would make a great addition to any place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a ceiling fan for my computer room, my old one stopped working, I bought a Oceana Outdoor with Led and its a 52 inch with 4 blades, you can also use outdoors to like a garage, it puts out enough air to keep me comfortable and also has a remote, Love it Its a hunter brand name you trust if you are looking for a new ceiling fan that has a remote.
