After discussing the program, sellers are assigned an onboarding specialist to help setup your account and integration. The average onboarding time is 3 weeks. Sellers are in control of nearly all steps during onboarding and can be live in as little as a week.

Our marketplace is powered by the Mirakl platform. Inventory management, item setup, order management, and seller profile are all managed in Mirakl. There are several options to connect to Mirakl, including Shopify connector, API, Manual, and aggregators.

During onboarding a trained specialist will assist you with setting up your Mirakl account and integration. The Mirakl Help Portal also provides step-by-step guides to further assist you.

Yes, Certain items are always prohibited from our marketplace. Items that depict any of the following will not be allowed.

Additionally, there are certain categories not prioritized as this time.

We collect a commission of 17% of the merchandise price for each item sold. There is also a Monthly Subscription fee of $39.

Key requirements include:

• 2 business days to accept, pick & pack orders, and 6 business days for transit.
• Free Standard Shipping. Preferred Carriers include:
• US: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
• Canada: Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx
• Sellers are required to maintain Certificate of Insurance (COI) - $2MM per occurrence and $4MM in general aggregate (minimums).
• For US sellers: US Bank account and US fulfillment center
• For CA sellers: CA Bank account required; Can ship from and return to US
• 24 hours response time to customer inquiries

We collect and remits taxes on your behalf. Sellers are expected to provide the correct Avalara code during item setup.

Payment will be sent on the 15th of every month to the bank account you provide. Last day of the billing cycle is on the 8th of every month.

Sellers are responsible for handling all customer service matters, including returns. Customer messages are received inside the Mirakl portal.

Your return and refund policy must match our product return and refund policy. The most up-to-date return policy can be found on the Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuyBaby sites. Note that marketplace items cannot be returned to stores.

Yes! We have marketing and advertising tools available to our sellers. Once onboarding is completed, details can be reviewed in seller documentation. We have a dedicated marketplace category management team who partners with you to help grow your business.
