At Bed Bath & Beyond, we aim to offer the best prices every day, but there may be an occasion when a competitor offers an item for less.
We will gladly match our direct competitors’ prices on identical items that meet our price match conditions.
The competitor’s product must be identical to ours.
The manufacturer and model number of both products must be identical.
We price match for direct competitors only.
Our direct competitors include any retailer who sells products in both retail stores and online under the same name. We will also price match on any items sold by Amazon.com, but not third-party marketplace sellers or membership clubs.
Must meet our price match conditions.
Some examples of items that cannot be price matched are refurbished items and clearance items. Please see the Price Match Conditions section below for a full list of conditions for our Price Match Guarantee policy.

For online or store purchases, visit any Bed Bath & Beyond store and present the qualifying competitor’s ad or website to any associate. If you want to price match an item you have already purchased in store or online, please bring your receipt, invoice, or shipping confirmation.

For your online order, call 1-800-GO-BEYOND® and direct one of our Customer Service Representatives to the qualifying competitor’s ad or website. For previous online purchases, please have your receipt, invoice, or shipping confirmation handy when you call. You can also email us at customer.service@bedbath.com.
Can I Use Coupons with Price Match?
Can I use a Bed Bath & Beyond coupon together with a price match?
The goal of our price matching is to ensure that our customers get the best price available. When shopping with a coupon but also looking for a price match, we will apply the price match OR the coupon – whichever provides the best discount.
You may use a coupon together with a price match ONLY if the competitor would also accept the coupon at the price being matched.
Can I use a manufacturer’s coupon together with a price match?
Yes! We will accept a manufacturer’s coupon with a price match. Any coupon that is issued from a retailer or brand that also has retail stores is considered a competitor’s coupon, not a manufacturer’s coupon.
